If your profile on The Outreach Platform is connected to Spear and you are the person taking the calls with prospects, connect your own calendar link.
However, if a senior team member’s profile on The Outreach Platform is connected, but someone else will take the calls, we suggest one of the following options:
Option 1. Create a calendar link with the company name (e.g., "Spear-Intro-Call"). Create a calendar link with the company name, such as “Spear Intro Call.”
During the call, the team member taking the meeting can explain that their colleague was unable to attend.
Option 2. Create a 2-person calendar link
Create a 2-person calendar link that includes both the profile holder and the team member taking the call.
This helps make the meeting setup clearer for the prospect and keeps the right people included.
