It's important to continuously review your client's current situation to ensure their Fire & General policies are still relevant for them. To manage this within Trail you can use the Fire & General Servicing pipeline.

To get started, you will need to add a new opportunity to your F&G Servicing pipeline.
Here is a useful article that will demonstrate how to add a new opportunities to any of your pipelines.

Once you have a servicing opportunity added, you can use the customisable pipeline stages to track what has been actioned and what actions are upcoming for each opportunity.

When selecting the opportunity tile itself, you are given 3 further options:
Activity - This allows you to create and edit activities set to progress the opportunity through the pipeline stages.
Product - This will open the product details modal where you can add and/or edit policy details.
Client Profile - This will direct you to the profile page for the selected client.

When viewing the client profile, you can select a F&G Servicing opportunity to open a side window where you can add any details about the opportunity itself, as well as any GCTP notes about the clients position.
