1️⃣ Duplicate the NPS Template
Start by locating the Post Purchase NPS WhatsApp Club flow in the template library.
Click on Get Started to duplicate the flow structure into your workspace.
2️⃣ Configure When to Send the Flow
Decide on the time delay after purchase to send the flow.
Recommendation: Set the delay based on the average delivery time + the average time needed for the customer to start using your product.
Example: If delivery takes 10 days and the first usage typically occurs within 5 days, set the delay to 15 days after purchase.
3️⃣ Initial Engagement via NPS
Launch the flow with an NPS question to measure customer satisfaction, as described in the template.
If the customer responds positively:
Encourage them to leave a positive review on a platform like Trustpilot.
4️⃣ Collect Opt-Ins
Add a condition in the flow to differentiate between customers who are already members of the WhatsApp Club and those who are not:
Existing members: Do not prompt them to join again.
New customers: Invite them to join the WhatsApp Club.
5️⃣ Welcome Message
Create a warm message to welcome new members to the WhatsApp Club.
You can also include content about your brand to enhance the experience, such as:
A product usage guide.
An article about your brand’s mission or values.
Insights into the creation and vision of your brand.
