My number is not registered after the onboarding process, what should I do?

After completing the META onboarding popup, the phone number may appear as "phone number not registered" in the "Business Account" tab of your WAX account.

If this happens, click on "re-connect WhatsApp account" and restart the process. This should work. META sometimes has a bug during synchronization that requires the process to be done twice.
