It is not possible to use the phone number dedicated to the WhatsApp Business API (and therefore WAX) on a standard WhatsApp account installed on your phone.
Important:
The WhatsApp Business API does not have a mobile interface.
If you add your WhatsApp Business API number to a standard or Business WhatsApp account, it will disrupt WAX's functionality.
The Three Types of WhatsApp Accounts:
Personal WhatsApp: Used for communication with friends and family.
WhatsApp Business: Designed for small businesses with simple usage needs.
WhatsApp Business API: Built to automate processes via WhatsApp, used in professional solutions like WAX.
A phone number can only be associated with one WhatsApp entity at a time. To ensure WAX functions correctly, make sure your number remains exclusively linked to the WhatsApp Business API.
