Before launching your campaign and asking your CSM for a final check, make sure you have covered the following points:
1️⃣ All your templates are submitted and approved by META.
2️⃣ All of your templates belong to the same category.
3️⃣ Your reminder is set up correctly
4️⃣ Your flow does not exceed a 24-hour timeline.
⏱️ Make sure that your follow-up messages do not exceed the initial 24-hour conversation window. If they do, you will be charged twice, once for each 24-hour window opened.
5️⃣ If you want to collect click data, make sure you have set up appropriate nodes, attributes, or tags.
In order to collect click data on your campaigns, link a node attribute/tag to your button. This will allow us to add this attribute/tag to the person's profile and use it in your segmentation or isolate it from your future follow-ups.
6️⃣ Your campaign follows the five golden rules of a successful WhatsApp campaign
To ensure your campaign is a success, we recommend following these five golden rules for creating a WhatsApp campaign:

To ensure that your campaign is correctly configured and that it matches the customer experience you wanted to create via your WAX flow, test your flow using the test button at the bottom left of your screen 👇
8️⃣ Check that your audience does not exceed your daily limit.
The target audience for your campaign should not exceed your daily limit. Ideally, it should represent no more than half of this limit in order to optimize engagement and your quality score.
In addition, if your account is at the limit of 1,000 messages per day or is in “low phone quality” mode, focus on a “warm” audience made up of recent customers, loyal customers, or members of your WhatsApp club.

If your limit is not available, go to Settings --> WhatsApp Settings --> Business Account and click on Synchronize:
9️⃣ Schedule your campaign in accordance with pacing rules if the account has “low” phone quality / daily limit of 1k.
