You never connected your WAX account to our Yotpo integration?
Simply follow these instructions:
Connect the new Yotpo integration In Settings > Integrations, look for "Yotpo" and click "Connect". Make sure you're logged in with an administrator account on both WAX and Yotpo.
Authorize access A Yotpo window will open asking you to authorize the connection with WAX. Approve the requested permissions.
Verify the connection In your Yotpo account, go to the "Integrations" section and confirm that WAX appears as connected.
Already connected to Yotpo Loyalty and need to switch to Yotpo?
If your WAX account is connected to Yotpo Loyalty, action is required on your part to keep receiving Yotpo events (points earned, referral, tier change, birthday, etc.) in your flows.
Why this update?
Our Yotpo Loyalty integration is evolving. The current connection method requires manually retrieving an API key and a GUID from your Yotpo account. It's a technical operation, prone to errors, and not always easy to do on your own.
The new Yotpo integration uses an OAuth connection: you authorize WAX directly from your Yotpo account, in just a few clicks, without having to copy-paste a single key.
The features remain identical: same events available to trigger your WhatsApp flows (referral completed, points earned, points/rewards reminder, tier change, loyalty program opt-in/opt-out, customer birthday). Only the way you connect your account changes.
What will happen
The current Yotpo Loyalty integration will be deactivated on October 1, 2026. After that date, it will stop working. This migration cannot be done automatically on our end: each organization must reconnect its own account before the deadline.
How to migrate?
Disconnect the current integration In WAX, go to Settings > Integrations, find "Yotpo Loyalty" and click "Uninstall". The integration will disappear from the list.
Connect the new Yotpo integration Still in Settings > Integrations, look for "Yotpo" and click "Connect". Make sure you're logged in with an administrator account on both WAX and Yotpo.
Authorize access A Yotpo window will open asking you to authorize the connection with WAX. Approve the requested permissions.
Verify the connection In your Yotpo account, go to the "Integrations" section and confirm that WAX appears as connected.
Once these steps are complete, your automations will continue to trigger normally from Yotpo events.
