Claiming your Giftbit reward is easy and only takes a few moments. Follow these steps to reveal your gift card.
💡Once your reward has been claimed, keep the email or link you were provided! It will now lead directly to the reward once claimed.
Custom Selection
If you have a smaller selection of reward types, you will be able to decide your option directly from the email or link you received.
Accessing Your Reward:
Look at the brands available to you, and select Claim on the reward you want to pick.
Clicking claim in the email does not lock you into that option, as long as you have not "confirmed" your selection.
Redeeming Your Gift Card:
If you are happy with your initial selection, click Claim. This may bring you directly to the gift card information or you may need to follow further instructions to redeem your reward.
NOTE: Once confirmed, your selection cannot be changed so be certain with your selection.
With the reward redeemed, you are ready to start spending.
💡Key things to remember about your gift card!
If your reward has a claim by date, it must be claimed prior to expiry listed on email.
Claimed consumer gift cards in Canada and USA do not expire.
Claimed consumer gift cards outside of Canada and the USA may be subject to expiry and this differs brand to brand.
Visa and Mastercard are subject to an expiration date.
Once a reward is selected, your original email/link will bring you back to card you claimed.
For certain prepaid options, you may receive a second email from the card issuer that will lead to your card.
Catalog Browser
If you have been given access to a larger selection, or the full catalog, you will be directed to our catalog page to pick your reward.
Accessing your Reward
Click Choose a gift card to be taken the reward catalog
Selecting your Reward
Utilize the search bar, explore categories, or combine both to find your preferred brand.
Click on your chosen brand to view its description and terms and conditions. When ready to claim, click Confirm Card Selection and follow the subsequent instructions.
NOTE: Once confirmed, your selection cannot be changed so be certain with your selection.
With your gift selected, you're all set to start spending and enjoying your reward!
💡As noted in the instructions, once a reward has been redeemed, that selection can no longer be changed so be certain with your decision when redeeming your reward!
