Giftbit offers two ways to send out rewards to your recipients through our app:
Email to Contacts: This option uses your contact emails to send out the rewards through Giftbit
Giftbit links: This option will enable your company to deliver the offer via your preferred delivery method. You can learn more about this option here.
Email to Contacts π€
Email to Contacts π€
Email to contacts is the most common way to send out a reward. Using the email of a recipient, you can have Giftbit send the reward whether it be just one email in the order, or hundreds.

If you are sending to a large amount of emails, check out how to upload contacts before you get to sending! When ready, follow the below steps.
Go to "Orders" on the left menu and click on "+ New Order" in the top right corner
Click Choose Template or Start from Scratch
If you start from scratch, follow the steps in How To: Create a Template
If using a current template, you can edit the template details by using the three dots on the right.
This is great if you need to change reward value or do some custom messaging.
Select Email to Contacts
You can add contacts manually, which is great for one off rewards or smaller groups, where uploading may not be needed.
If you previously added a tag to imported contacts that tag can be selected to filter the contacts. More info on using tags can be found here.
Check the boxes for the contacts you want to send to.
For recipients, there is no limit to the amount you can select. You can send to hundreds, or just to one, it is up to you.
With these steps complete, you are ready to complete your order.
Order Giftbit Links π
Order Giftbit Links π
Giftbit Links are best used if you want control over how you send the reward. Links allow you to manually send rewards which work great if you want it as part of a branded email, or sending through a different channel like text through another software.
Here are the instructions for purchasing Giftbit links:
Click on "+ New Order" in the top right corner
Click Choose Template or Start from Scratch
If you start from scratch, follow the steps in How To: Create a Template
If current template, you can edit the template details by using the three dots on the right.
If you do not want your links to have a claim by date, make sure the "Promotional Rewards" box is unchecked.
Select Order Gift Links
Specify the number of Giftbit links required
One link is required per recipient
With these steps complete, you are ready to complete your order. Of note, once your order is complete, the links will be emailed to you in a CSV file.
Completing Your Order β
Once you have selected either sending by email or Giftbit links, you are ready for payment. If your account already has the funds to complete your order, just click submit order to send out your gifts.
First Order
If this is your first time sending, you will need to add funds to your account, which you can do directly from your order.
First click Payment
From here you will be prompted to enter your card information
If paying by wire tick Pay with Wire Transfer
Once the card is entered, you will then see the details of the order, the cost and when ready click Place Order to fund your account and send out your order!

π‘For first time global reward orders, you will be asked to set a default currency if you have not set it up previously. More information on that can be found here.
Not Enough Credits
If your account has partial funding, but not quite enough to cover your order, you can also fund your account at the same time as placing an order.
When ready order details are set, click Payment
You will then see a summary of the order details
If funding by wire, tick the Pay with Wire Transfer box
If everything looks good, click Place Order to fund the account and send out your gifts!
π‘If funding orders by wire, place the order, and once funds are added to your account, the order will send right away!
Orders Menu
Incomplete Orders will appear in the "Drafts" section
Scheduled, pending, active and complete orders will appear in the "Orders" section
