When a template is not fully completed or set up correctly, the template will fall into a "draft" status. This simply means a required part of the template was not finished and the template cannot be used for an order.
The following sections are required in order to use the template for sending:
Template Title
Email Subject
Header Image
Message Body
Expiry date
Value
Brands
With a template in a draft status, you can edit the template to complete the missing sections. Look along the left side of the template to see either grey dots or a green check. With green checks all down the left side, you are good to save and use the template.
