Sending a test reward helps you see exactly what recipients will receive. It lets you review the message, branding, and claim process before sending rewards to real contacts.
Test rewards are meant for internal review and do not use account funds.
Sending a test reward
To get started, click "Templates" on the left menu and select what template you want to test.
You can use the Sample template as an example if you have not set one up yet.
Once in the template, hover over the three dots in the top right, select "Send Test Email", and enter the email address of your email or a colleague to receive the test email.
Once you have sent the test, an email will arrive in your inbox shortly. You can then double check the email subject, messaging, your logo and even "claim" the reward to explore the redemption process.
Test emails will always have a warning label at the top to let you know the reward is not a real reward.
💡The test email is a test, not a real gift card reward. There is no charge or ability to claim a real gift through the test email. Only send the test email to yourself or relevant team members.
