How to manage Giftbit system emails you receive

Giftbit will often send automated emails related to your account on a regular basis. If you are finding these emails no longer relevant, you are able to unsubscribe from specific emails!

Updating Preferences

Find a recent system email from "noreply@giftbit.com", scroll to the bottom and click "Update". If you cannot find an email with this option, run a report and open the email notification.

From here, uncheck which of the three options you no longer want to receive:

  • Report Generation Notification - Emails for when you create a report

  • Monthly Activity Report - Email on balance and reward activity at the end of a month

  • Order End Notification - Outcome of an order when it expires

    • You can also check "unsubscribe from all" to receive none of the emails

Once unchecked, hit update and you will no longer receive emails for the options you have unchecked.

Note: This does not affect contact upload emails, forgotten password emails or anything considered critical to your Giftbit account

💡If you want to receive these emails again, find the email and click "update" again to check the emails you want to receive. We recommend keeping an email to update settings down the road. Switching account username will also reset email preferences
