A recipient will appear as "Unsubscribed" in the Contacts section of Giftbit.
If a recipient unsubscribed from Giftbit emails this will prevent recipients from receiving offers in the future. Giftbit is required to include an unsubscribe link in email communications for spam compliance.
If this was completed by accident, the recipient can reverse the change by clicking on the unsubscribe link again to be provided with an option to resubscribe. They can search "gifts@giftbit.com" to find the email.
If a recipient no longer has access to a previous Giftbit email, they can reach out to our support team (support@giftbit.com) and we can create a subscribe link for them.
