Download a file to drop a logo into a pitch deck, send a site photo to a consultant, or open a 3D model in your modeling software.
Download a file from the File Manager
Go to Home. From inside a project, click the Giraffe logo at the top left and choose Home, or click Home in the breadcrumbs.
Click Files in the Home sidebar. The File Manager opens with the heading My Files.
Click the Download icon on the file.
The file opens in a new browser tab, or downloads straight away, depending on your browser and the file type.
The Download icon appears in both Gallery and Columns view.
Downloading a file needs access to it. Files appear in your File Manager when you uploaded them or someone shared them with you.
Share a file's link
A file uploaded with Public URL turned on can be opened by anyone with its link, without logging in to Giraffe. The link to a private file only works for people who have access to the file.
