Manage Content

Browse, tag, and manage every content pack shared into your workspace.

Written by Holly Conrad Smith

Reuse work instead of rebuilding it.

A content pack bundles up geometry, layers, and analytics from a project so anyone in your workspace can drop them into a new one via the Content Library. Manage Content is where those packs live once they've been created.

New packs aren't created here — create a content pack from inside a project, using the Content Library's export flow.

Finding a pack

Use the search box to filter by name, and switch between Gallery and Columns view with the toggle in the top right. Once you've found what you need, add it to a project from the Content Library panel inside that project — see Search for Content for the in-project search, or Import Content from Projects to pull content straight from another project.

What you can do with a pack

  • Download — grab the underlying file.

  • Edit (pencil icon) — rename the pack, edit its description, change its thumbnail, and add or remove tags. See Edit a Content Pack for the full walkthrough.

A pack's contents can't be edited from here — republish it from the Content Library to update what's inside.

Giraffe's own example packs, sorted into the standard content categories, are visible to everyone in your org, alongside anything your workspace has created. Sharing and deleting a pack are handled from the Content Library itself — see Share a Content Pack and Delete a Content Pack.
