Only nonprofits have the ability to refund a donation. Give Lively cannot process refunds for the nonprofits that use our platform as we only help manage the fundraising pages.
You can contact the nonprofit for a refund by replying directly to the Thank You email receipt you were sent for the donation.
If you're having issues getting in contact with the nonprofit you can contact us at Give Lively for help in obtaining contact information. You can reach Give Lively support through the live chat button on the bottom right of the page or emailing at support@givelively.org. In your email or live chat message provide the name of the nonprofit and any other details of your donation to help our support team identify the correct nonprofit.
