Review Bridge settings: control flow, languages, and review platforms

Choose how customers move through Review Bridge—NPS, stars, or direct platforms—set languages, and manage which sites appear and in what order.

Overview

Review Bridge settings are under Setup → Review Bridge → Settings. Here you define the experience type (NPS, star rating, pick-a-platform list, or send everyone to one platform), languages, when to send people to private feedback, optional redirects to a public review site, and the order and visibility of connected review platforms.

You need Admin access to open Setup. Invitation emails and SMS can send people to Review Bridge or a survey. That choice is set under Automation settings → Campaign links.

From here you can:

  • Open a live preview of Review Bridge for the current location

  • Set default and extra languages.

  • For non-master locations, choose layout, thresholds, toggles, and platform list behavior

  • For master locations that have sub-locations, only language fields are edited here—each sub-location has its own full settings

Open Review Bridge settings

  1. Go to Setup in the sidebar.

  2. Open the Review Bridge section and choose Settings .

  3. Pick the location you want in the location switcher before you change anything.

Use Preview Review Bridge to open the customer-facing page in a new tab.

Languages (every location type)

Default language — what Review Bridge uses first.

Additional languages — let customers switch; the default cannot be duplicated in the extra list.

Master location — the save action only sends language fields for the master account. Open each sub-location to change its layout and platforms.

Changing language on save — when you change the default language and click

Save, you may be asked whether to reset invitation templates (email/SMS) to match the new language, or save the language without resetting. That choice affects templates, not only Review Bridge.

Choose the experience style (sub-locations and single locations only)

Pick one style (radio options):

Style

When to use

NPS

Collect a 0–10 score first, then follow your rules for low vs high scores

Star rating

Collect 1–5 stars first, then follow your rules

Review platforms

Show your connected platforms so customers choose where to review

Redirect

Skip the picker and send everyone to one platform you select

Redirect and Review platforms are disabled until at least one review platform is connected for the location.

Private feedback and redirects (NPS and star layouts)

For NPS and Star rating only:

  • Private feedback — turn on and set the score at or below which customers are sent to private feedback instead of public review prompts (NPS 1–10, stars 1–5).

  • Other ratings redirect — send customers above that threshold to a single review platform you choose. Not available if the threshold is already “all happy” (5 stars or NPS 10), or if there are no platforms.

  • Redirect in the same tab — when on, the review site opens in the same browser tab instead of a new one.

For Redirect layout, you must choose the target platform before saving. A short warning explains that you are skipping the score step.

AI assistance toggle

Allow customers to use AI-assisted steps on Review Bridge.

You cannot turn this on if you are on Free plan (upgrade to change).

Reorder and show review platforms

Connected platforms appear in groups:

Group

Meaning

Shown (2 max.)

Up to two platforms promoted on the first screen

Under other review sites

More sites when you have more than two connected

No account needed

GiveMe5-hosted option so customers can leave feedback without an external login

Drag rows to reorder. Use the eye control to show or hide a platform (GiveMe5 can be hidden when there is more than one platform, or always shown).

Save

Click Save If you change layout, you may need to confirm because it can affect live behavior.

Tips

  • Connect platforms under Setup → Review platform before you rely on Review platforms or Redirect.

  • Edit each sub-location separately for layout; use the master only for shared languages if applicable.

  • After big changes, use Preview Review Bridge before sending a campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Why do I only see language fields?

Your selected location is a master with sub-locations. Only languages are edited at the master; open a sub-location for NPS, stars, platforms, and redirects.

Where do I choose Review Bridge vs survey for invitations?

Why are Redirect or Review platforms greyed out?

You do not have any connected review platforms for that location yet.
