Review Platform: connect review sites and integration levels

Link the review sites your customers use, and understand which platforms have deeper GiveMe5 integration versus lighter connections.

Overview

This guide walks you through connecting sites under Setup → Review Platform. You need Admin access for Setup.

The catalog lists many sites beyond the full and semi integration lists below—those extras are usually connected with a review page URL so customers can be sent to the right page.

How to connect a review platform

  1. Open Setup in the sidebar, then Review Platform.

  2. Select the correct location in the switcher before you change connections.

  3. Find the site in the list. Use search when the catalog is long.

  4. Click connect and follow the prompts. Most sites ask for your public review page URL. Google and Facebook use dedicated guided flows.

  5. If your site is not in the list, add a custom platform with a display name and URL for this location.

  6. After connecting, open Setup → Review Bridge → Settings to choose which connected platforms customers see, order, and the flow (NPS, stars, platform list, etc.).

Integration levels

Full integration is the deepest supported connection type in GiveMe5 (guided linking and the richest day-to-day workflows for that source):

  • Google

  • Facebook

Semi-integration is still a real product connection but not the same depth as full integration—behavior varies by site and plan, often combining correct customer links with review visibility or imports where GiveMe5 supports that platform:

  • Booking.com

  • TripAdvisor

  • Capterra

  • Glassdoor

  • Indeed

  • TrustedShops

  • Trustpilot

  • Play Store (Google Play)

  • Apple App Store

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between full and semi-integration?

Full integration applies to Google and Facebook. Semi-integration covers the platforms in the second list with strong but not identical behavior.

Why do I see more platforms than those two lists?

The product catalog includes many directories and niche sites. You can still connect them for routing customers; they are not all described as full or semi-integration here.

Does “Play Store” or “App Store” mean my mobile app listing?

Yes—Google Play and the Apple App Store when your public reviews are on those listings.
