Overview
Analytics is one place to see how reviews and invitation campaigns are performing over time. You pick a period at the top, then read cards, tables, and charts for the Summary (reviews and replies) and Automation (invitations and engagement).
From here you can:
Compare time ranges — last month through last year (see the period menu for exact options)
Scan headline review health — ratings, NPS, sentiment split, reply activity, and lifetime review total
Break down by location or month — when your account structure supports it
Inspect trends — reviews, ratings, NPS, replies, and (for grouped locations) location comparison
Study invitation performance — sends, opens, clicks, redirects, NPS submissions, and private feedback
Download a spreadsheet — export review and automation-style metrics for the period you selected
Some accounts cannot use Analytics for a location until AI Feedback is turned on for that location in Location Settings. This applies to product-based plans. It does not apply to legacy plan accounts.
Choose the period and export
Use the period control at the top to set how far back the numbers go. Summary and Automation both follow this range.
To download an .xlsx file, use the spreadsheet export control beside the period selector. The file name reflects the period and today’s date. For a master location (one that groups sub-locations), the export includes sub-locations with monthly figures and a simple trend indicator (up, down, or flat) for average rating versus the prior month. For a single location or sub-location, the export covers that location only.
Read the Summary metric cards
Eight cards give a quick read on reviews for the selected period (except where noted).
Card | What it shows |
Ratings | Average star rating for the period |
NPS | Net Promoter Score for the period |
Since you joined | All-time review count since your account was created (not limited by the period control) |
Total reviews | Reviews received in the selected period |
Positive reviews | Count and share of positive reviews |
Neutral reviews | Count and share of neutral reviews |
Negative reviews | Count and share of negative reviews |
Replied | How many reviews were answered and your reply rate |
Read the review breakdown table
After the cards, you either get tabs or a single table, depending on location type.
Master location (has sub-locations): switch Per location and Per month to see either sub-location rows or monthly totals.
Single location or sub-location: you see a month-by-month table for that location only (no location tab).
Explore review charts
The next block is a tabbed chart area for review trends. Open each tab to change the chart.
Tab | What it shows |
Reviews | Review volume over time by sentiment (positive / neutral / negative) |
Ratings | Average ratings by platform and overall |
NPS | NPS over time, including promoters, passives, and detractors |
Replied | Reply rate and how long replies take |
Locations | Side-by-side sub-locations — only when the selected location is a master with sub-locations |
Read the Automation metric cards
The Automation section starts with eight cards for the same period you chose at the top.
Card | What it shows |
Invitations | Invitations sent |
Email sent | Emails delivered |
SMS sent | SMS messages delivered |
Email opened | Opens and open rate (%) |
Clicks | Link clicks and click rate (%) |
NPS | NPS responses collected and response rate (%) |
Redirect | Customers sent on to a review platform and redirect rate (%) |
Feedback | Private feedback submissions and rate (%) |
Read the Automation monthly table
Below the automation cards, a monthly table lists campaign columns such as invitations sent, email and SMS activity, NPS, redirects, and feedback.
Master location: each month is a row you can expand to see each sub-location’s share of that month.
Single or sub-location: you see that location’s months without expanding sub-locations.
Typical columns include: Invitation, Email Sent, Email Opened, Email Clicked, SMS Sent, SMS Clicked, NPS, Redirected, Feedback.
View Automation charts
Below the automation table, another chart area supports Per location and Per month when you are on a master location. On a single or sub-location, only the Per month view is available.
Tips
Start with 12 months when you want the big picture, then shorten the range to study a specific stretch.
On master locations, use Locations under review charts to see which site is weakest on ratings.
If Replied looks low, catch up in My reviews.
Clicks include any link tap in a message; Redirect counts people who continued through to a review site — redirect is usually the smaller number.
Export after picking the period you want in reports and archives.
Frequently asked questions
What does “Since you joined” mean?
It is your all-time review count since the account was created. It ignores the period dropdown. Every other Summary card respects the selected period.
Why is something zero?
The chosen range may have no activity yet, or you may not have sent invitations in that window. Try a longer period.
Clicks vs Redirect — what’s the difference?
Clicks counts invitation link clicks. Redirect counts customers who went on to a review platform after your landing experience. Not every click becomes a redirect.
Why don’t I see Analytics for this location?
On product-based plans you need AI Feedback enabled for that location in Location Settings. Turn it on for that site, or ask an admin. Legacy plans are not limited this way.
Where did the Locations chart tab go?
It only appears when the selected location is a master with sub-locations. Single sites and sub-locations don’t get that tab.
Does the export match what I see on screen?
Yes — it follows the same period you selected before export. Pick Last 12 months (or your longest needed range) first if you want more months in the file.
Does Analytics include every connected platform?
Summary numbers combine all connected sources. The Ratings chart splits averages by platform so you can see who drags the average up or down.
Who can open Analytics?
Anyone signed in who can open that location can view Analytics. Viewer role is read-only everywhere, including here.
