Connect Simpro with GiveMe5

Automate review invitation workflow by connecting Simpro with GiveMe5.

Overview

The Simpro integration links Simpro (field service and job management) to GiveMe5 from Setup → Integrations. After you connect, you choose which Simpro event should drive review invitations in GiveMe5—using the Automation options the product shows for Simpro. When a selected event occurs, GiveMe5 can receive customer data from Simpro and send a review invitation with the flow you configure.

From here you can:

  • Connect Simpro securely — sign in with Simpro and approve GiveMe5 in one guided flow

  • Pick your triggers — turn on the Simpro events that should start an invitation in GiveMe5 (choices appear after you connect)

  • Let Simpro feed customer details — when a chosen trigger fires, GiveMe5 uses what Simpro sends so you avoid re-keying contacts

  • Disconnect when needed — remove the link from the same integration screen if you change systems or companies

How to connect Simpro

Step 1: Open Integrations

  1. Sign in to the GiveMe5 Dashboard as an Admin.

  2. Open Setup in the sidebar.

  3. Choose Integrations.

  4. Confirm the right location (or account scope) is selected if your team uses more than one.

Step 2: Start the Simpro connection

  1. In the integration grid, click Simpro.

  2. Choose Connect (or the primary connect action shown).

  3. When Simpro asks you to sign in, use a user who can approve the integration.

Step 3: Approve access in Simpro

  1. Review the permissions Simpro displays for GiveMe5.

  2. Approve the connection.

  3. Wait until GiveMe5 shows connected on the Simpro integration detail.

GiveMe5 uses a secure OAuth-style hand-off with Simpro. If the window closes too soon or you cancel, start again from Step 2—check pop-up settings.

Step 4: Choose Simpro triggers for invitations

In Automation, select when GiveMe5 should act based on Simpro—so each matching event can pass customer data into GiveMe5 and queue a review invitation. Use only the trigger options your account displays.

After you connect

  • Triggers stay in charge — invitations run when Simpro events match what you enabled in GiveMe5, not on a manual copy-paste step.

  • Reconnect if Simpro asks you to re-authorize or tokens expire—use Setup → Integrations → Simpro.

  • If jobs or sites share customers, keep naming consistent in Simpro so GiveMe5 always matches the right person.

Tips

  • Collect base URL and company values from your Simpro administrator before you start if your tenant uses non-default URLs.

  • Try one job or customer end-to-end before rolling automation out account-wide.
