Overview
The Jobber integration links your Jobber account to GiveMe5 from Setup → Integrations. After you connect, you choose which Jobber events should drive review invitations in GiveMe5. When one of those events happens in Jobber—for example closing a job or creating an invoice—GiveMe5 receives the customer data from Jobber and can send a review invitation automatically, using the flow you configure in Automation.
From here you can:
Connect Jobber securely — sign in with Jobber and approve GiveMe5 in one guided flow
Pick your triggers — select the Jobber moments (such as job closed or invoice created) that should start an invitation in GiveMe5
Let Jobber feed customer details — when a chosen trigger fires, GiveMe5 uses the customer data Jobber sends so you do not re-type contacts
Disconnect when needed — remove the link from the same integration screen if you change tools or companies

How to connect Jobber
Step 1: Open Integrations
Sign in to the GiveMe5 Dashboard as an Admin.
Open Setup in the sidebar.
Choose Integrations.
Confirm the right location (or account scope) is selected if your team uses more than one.
Step 2: Start the Jobber connection
In the integration grid, click Jobber.
Choose Connect (or the primary connect action shown).
When a Jobber window or redirect opens, sign in with the Jobber user that manages app connections.
Step 3: Approve access in Jobber
Read the permissions Jobber displays for GiveMe5.
Approve the connection.
Wait until GiveMe5 returns to the Jobber integration detail and shows a connected state.
GiveMe5 uses a secure OAuth hand-off. If the window closes too soon or you click Cancel, start again from Step 2.
Step 4: Choose Jobber triggers for invitations
In Automation (or the area where Jobber triggers are configured), select when GiveMe5 should act—commonly when a job is closed or when an invoice is created—so each matching event in Jobber can pull customer data into GiveMe5 and queue a review invitation.
After you connect
Triggers stay in charge — GiveMe5 only pulls customer data and sends invitations when a Jobber event matches a trigger you turned on (for example close job or create invoice).
If tokens expire or Jobber asks you to re-authorize, disconnect and reconnect from Setup → Integrations → Jobber.
Tips
Start the flow in a browser where you are already logged into the correct Jobber company if you operate more than one.
Allow pop-ups for GiveMe5 if the Jobber window never appears.
Frequently asked questions
Why was I sent back to GiveMe5 without a connection?
The pop-up may have been blocked, or Jobber sign-in was canceled. Retry and allow pop-ups, or try another browser profile.
Can I disconnect Jobber later?
Yes. Go to Setup → Integrations → Jobber and use disconnect or remove.
Why didn’t an invitation send after I closed a job or created an invoice?
Double-check that that Jobber action is selected as a trigger in GiveMe5, that the customer record Jobber sent includes the contact details your invitation needs, and that your Automation rules (timing, limits, or location) allow the send.
