Purpose
Help charities understand:
why donor details are not visible (GDPR + consent),
what onboarding unlocks
what’s available pre-onboarding
Why can’t I see donor details?
Onboarding is required for full donor reporting
If your charity has not completed full onboarding, you won’t yet have access to a charity dashboard with downloadable donor reporting.
Supporters can still:
fundraise for your charity, and
donate to your charity,
but you won’t be able to access donor-level reporting until onboarding is completed.
Once onboarded, you’ll be able to:
Access the charity dashboard
Download donation reports
View donor details where consent has been given
Download Gift Aid reporting (where applicable)
Monitor fundraiser activity and totals
What you can see before onboarding
Before onboarding, charities can usually still see:
Public fundraising pages (where searchable/linked)
Public donation totals shown on those pages
Any donor details that are displayed publicly (if donors did not donate anonymously)
However, charities cannot access:
Full donor contact details (email/address where applicable)
Donor consent fields
Downloadable donor reports
Payout/settlement reports from the dashboard
3) How to access donor details (recommended next step)
If you need donor details for stewardship, the correct path is:
Complete onboarding, then
Use the donation report to view donor information only where consent is given.
If you need the onboarding form resent, contact support and we’ll send it over.
4) Still need help?
Please contact support if:
You believe you are onboarded but still cannot access donor reporting
You have a payment dispute or reconciliation issue
You need help completing onboarding
