How do I change my password?
Whether you've forgotten your password or simply want to update it, givestar makes it easy. Follow the steps below depending on your situation.
If you want to change your password.
To change your password, you will need to log out of your account and click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You can then follow the instructions to reset your password.
Go to the givestar login page
Tap Forgot password? below the login form
Enter the email address linked to your givestar account
Check your inbox for a password reset email from givestar
Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to set a new password
đĄ Tip: Choose a strong password that's at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
â ď¸ Can't find the reset email? Check your spam or junk folder. The email will come from no-reply@givestar.io. If you still can't find it, contact our support team and we'll help you regain access.
If you signed up with Google or Apple
If you created your givestar account using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, your password is managed by Google or Apple â not givestar. To update it, visit your Google or Apple account settings directly.
