Wondering what your tracking update actually means? We've got you. 💛
Shipping updates can sometimes be confusing, but don't worry. Here's what each status means and what you can expect next.
🏷️ Label Created
What it means: We've prepared your shipment and created a shipping label. Your package is getting ready to be picked up by the carrier.
What happens next? Once the carrier picks up your package and scans it, your tracking will update automatically.
Good to know: It can take up to 24-48 hours for the first tracking update to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.
📦 Accepted / Picked Up
What it means: Great news! Your package has been picked up by the shipping carrier and is officially on its way.
What happens next?Your package will travel through the carrier's network before heading to your local delivery facility.
🚚 In Transit
What it means: Your package is moving through the carrier's network toward its destination. You may notice that tracking doesn't update every day, and that's completely normal. Packages can travel between facilities without receiving a new scan.
What happens next? The next update may show your package arriving at another sorting facility or your local delivery center.
⏳ Tracking Hasn't Updated
What it means:
Your package is most likely still moving, even if you haven't seen a new scan in a while. Tracking pauses can happen because of:
Carrier processing times
Weather delays
High shipping volumes
Transportation between facilities
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help.
🚛 Out for Delivery
What it means: Today's the day! Your package is with the local delivery driver and is expected to arrive soon.
Delivery times vary depending on your local carrier and route, so it may arrive anytime before the end of the delivery day.
✅ Delivered
What it means:
The carrier has marked your package as delivered.
If you don't see it right away, don't panic. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered a little early and arrive within 24–48 hours.
Before contacting us, we recommend checking:
Around your front door or mailbox
Safe delivery locations
With household members
With neighbors
With your local carrier
If your package still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, we're here to help.
↩️ Returned to Sender
What it means: The carrier wasn't able to complete the delivery and is sending your package back to us. This can happen if:
The shipping address was incorrect or incomplete.
Multiple delivery attempts weren't successful.
The package was refused.
The carrier couldn't access the delivery location.
Once your package arrives back at our warehouse, we'll review your order and reach out with the next steps.
