Identify the charging power available at a station
Updated over a year ago

The Electra app will give you the maximum power made available by a charging point at a given station.

💡 Charging power is expressed in kW while the amount of energy delivered is expressed in kWh.

🔎 Find the information in the app

From the Home page:

  • After clicking on a station's pin. The maximum charging capacity is displayed just below the station's name, between the type of car park and the distance to the station.

  • After clicking on View station details. The maximum charging capacity is displayed in the same place, just above the station's photo.

🌡️ Available charging power vs. effective charging power

The maximum charging power can reach 400kW at some of our stations, but the power delivered by a charging hub does not mean the actual charging power.

In fact, several factors can have an impact on a vehicle's charging power: battery level, outside temperatures, etc. This article looks at the subject in detail.
