Accessing a station in a paying parking lot

Updated yesterday

Some of our stations are located in partner parking lots with paid access.

⚡️ Electra offers 45 minutes' parking to users of the app, so they can recharge their vehicle in complete peace of mind.

🛠 How to benefit from the 45 minutes offered to recharge your vehicle?

  • 1. Take a ticket at the entrance

When you arrive at the parking lot entrance, take your ticket directly from the barrier. This ticket will allow you to enter and exit the car park, as well as deducting the free charge period.

  • 2. Charge the vehicle

Once at the charging station, simply start charging directly from the application or via Autocharge.

  • 3. Charging is complete

When the charging session is complete, a QR code is generated in the app.

⚠️ Once the QR Code page has been closed in the application, it will no longer be possible to open it.

It will also be e-mailed to the address linked to the Electra account.

  • 4. Go to the exit gate

Once at the exit barrier, simply insert your parking ticket and present your QR code on the reader to take advantage of the 45-minute offer.

If the final price is lower, the barrier will open automatically.

If there is still a charge to pay, it must be settled directly at the terminal.

Example for a 55-minute parking period.👇

When the QR Code is scanned, only 10 minutes remain to be paid at the exit barrier.
