This immediate booking feature is available for the charging hubs located within a 30km radius of your position.

This ensures that the charging point is available, which will give you peace of mind.

⚡️ Reservations are free of charge and taken immediately, so it is not possible to plan in advance at the moment.

💡 On highway areas, stations are not open to booking, and on these stations as well :

Argenteuil - Campanile Hotel

Bobigny - Campanile Hotel

Le Plessis-Robinson - La Boursidière

Rosny-sous-Bois - B&B Hotels

Rungis - Best Western Paris Orly Airport


🛠 How to ?

1️⃣ Log into your account

➡️ If you haven't already done so, create a customer account by clicking on “Sign up” from the main menu of the app. It's quick and easy - all you need is your phone number.

➡️ If you already have an account, log in by clicking on “Sign in” from the main menu of the app.

2️⃣ Enter your vehicle and your credit/debit card

Add your vehicle and your payment method.

3️⃣ Choose the charging hub you want

By default, the app will show you the nearest charging hub.

  • Click on “Book a spot” on the Home Page

    The app then offers a list of stations open for reservation and located within a 30km radius of your location.

  • Select a station and reserve a space there

🔍 The app will automatically recommend to you the most suitable spot at the charging hub, based on your vehicle's connector type, the power it can absorb and hub availability.


📍 Which criteria are taken into account when booking a spot?

When you choose a station from the geolocation screen, the application shows you :

  • The distance to the station

  • The estimated journey time to the station (at the time of booking)

  • The estimated time of arrival at the station

Example 👇

It's 15:25pm, Saint-Fons Mercedes Benz station is 3km away and it takes 17 minutes to get there. The estimated time of arrival is 15:44pm.

Here you go, your charging slot is now booked !
