When a booking is confirmed, the spot is reserved 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the estimated time of arrival.
So you don't have to worry about the traffic uncertainties!
Example: if you book a spot at 3pm, it will be reserved from 2.30pm to 3.30pm.
🚗 What if another vehicle is parked on the reserved spot?
It is possible for another vehicle to be parked on the space 30 minutes before the reservation, and for it to still be charging when you arrive.
Example: if you booked a space at 3.00 pm (and it was reserved from 2.30 pm) and another vehicle starts charging at 2.25 pm.
If other spots are available, you can cancel your reservation and scan the QR code of the spot where you were able to park.
If no other spot is available, please wait until the previous vehicle has finished, as your reservation will remain active.
