I can no longer see me and/or my team in the leaderboard?

If you have been removed from or can no longer see the leaderboard

Written by Phil Steele

There may be a number of reasons why you can no longer see yourself or your team in the leaderboard: -

  1. You may be in the unfiltered leaderboard. In order to keep the challenge fun and fair, we have a range of controls and measures including GoJoe referees. The referees have superpowers including an ability to filter Joes our of the main leaderboard to an unfiltered version.

This may be because of a breach of our Joe Code of Ethics and/or Fair Play Book of Rules and/or just because the referee wants to 'cool down the leaderboard' and reduce the risk of excessive exercise.

If the referee has filtered you out of the main leaderboard, don't worry, you can still see the unfiltered version from within the team or solo standings by pressing Search > toggling to Unfiltered.

  2. Duplicate account. It may also be that you have inadvertently created a duplicate account. This can happen if you log out of GoJoe and then accidentally create a new account by signing in with a different method or email address. Try logging out of the app (Home page> Profile (top left icon) > Settings > Log out) and then ensure you log-in with the email address that was originally linked to GoJoe. Please then re-check the leaderboard and ensure that you re-sync any wearable or add any activities which were accidentally logged to your duplicate account.

If you need help, please contact support and ask to speak to a human.
