Introduction
The SII Kritter integration is a feature that allows Golfmanager users to automatically export invoices generated in the system to a .CSV file compatible with the Immediate Information System (SII) used by Kritter, an accounting and tax management platform.
Module installation
To enable the integration, you need to install the corresponding module, Sii Kritter. For more information on purchasing and downloading this module, please contact our support team.
Configuration
Go to Settings Menu > Invoicing > Settings and you will find a Sii Kritter Settings section to add the default accounting account. This field allows you to define a generic or default accounting account that will be automatically assigned to invoices.
How to export the .csv file
Follow these steps to export:
Go to Main Menu > Billing > Invoices to access the invoice list.
Use the filters at the top to define the date range or any other necessary criteria (status, invoice type, etc.).
Select the references of the invoices you want to export.
From Actions, select Generate SII Kritter document.
A .CSV file will be automatically generated in the format required by Kritter.
In the invoice details, you will find a field called Exported to SII Kritter, which will appear as No by default. Once the file containing the invoice has been generated, it will change to Yes.
