These are the improvements that are already available for you in Golfmanager

Updated over a week ago

Golfmanager is dedicated to enhancing your management experience. Every week, we introduce exciting new features designed to empower you. Stay informed and make the most of these innovations! 🙌

👥 CRM Module

🆕 Automatic Online Name Generation for Clients

Client online names are now generated automatically during creation or editing, ensuring a consistent format and faster onboarding. This update also enhances data protection by standardising how names are handled.

The name is built using the client’s first name(s) plus the first four letters of their surname. (Ex. Ana María González -> Ana MaríaGonz)

✚ New ‘View Family’ Option in Client Profile Actions

A new ‘View Family’ option is now available in the Actions menu within each client profile. This feature provides quick, direct access to all family members linked to the client, eliminating the need to navigate through secondary links.

🏨 New Integration with Ulyses Cloud for Room Charges

You can now charge purchases directly to a guest’s room via the POS, thanks to our integration with Ulyses Cloud.

Designed for hotel-based clubs, this feature streamlines billing by automatically linking transactions to the guest’s account.

📆 Bookings Module

👥 CRM Module

🛍️ POS Module

  • Add extras to multiple bookings from the POS: You can now apply the same extra to several bookings simultaneously from the POS. Previously, extras had to be added player by player. With this improvement, simply select the desired bookings, choose the extra, and it will be automatically applied to all of them in a single step.

  • Button to remove taxes from selected sales: A new button in the POS allows you to remove taxes from selected sales lines. This button does not appear by default and must be added manually in the POS settings.

  • New “By date & customer” view in the POS: A new grouping option has been added to the POS, allowing you to view sales by both date and customer. This is particularly useful for managing multiple bookings across different dates linked to specific clients, making it easier to organise and track sales in complex scenarios.

💰 Invoicing Module

  • New ‘Priority’ Field in Fee Addons: A new ‘Priority’ field has been added to the Addons configuration within a fee. This allows you to set the order in which addons are applied when multiple are assigned to the same fee—particularly useful when the cumulative Addon option is enabled.

  • Display of Vouchers with Zero or Negative Balance in the Online Booking Portal: Previously, vouchers were only shown in the user profile view of the online booking portal if they had a positive balance. With this update, vouchers with zero or negative balances are also displayed, giving customers a more complete account overview. This option is configurable and entirely optional.

  • Prorated Price Display for Membership Sales via POS: A new feature now allows the prorated price to be shown when selling memberships through the POS, making calculations simpler and ensuring greater transparency during transactions.

🎓 School Module

📦 Warehouse Module

🍽️ Restaurant Module

📊 Reports Module

  • New Management Reports: A new dashboard has been added to the Reports module, designed to provide a comprehensive overview of business performance.

It enables integrated analysis of bookings, billing, and forecasts, with year-on-year comparisons and budget tracking. Key metrics include monthly bookings, business performance by category/subcategory, forecasts, billing, and channel analysis (Online/Offline).

  • New Booking Type Filter in the Heatmap Dashboard: A multi-selector has been added, allowing you to choose one or more booking types for more tailored data analysis.

  • Enhancements to the Diners Report: The report now includes additional filters, a redesigned chart, and area details displayed in the table rows for clearer insights.

  • Enhancements to the Billing Report: A new filter has been added that allows you to search for and view specific invoices within the billing report by using their invoice number.

⚙️ Settings Module

  • Email Display alongside Name in the Global Search: The global search has been updated to display the customer’s email address alongside their name in the profile results. This enhancement makes it easier to identify users with similar or duplicate names.

📆 Online Booking Portal

  • Player Identification by Member Number or Name in Online Bookings: Players can now be identified in the online booking flow using either their member number or name. This enhancement broadens search and selection options, making it easier to assign players to a booking. Previously, only “Guest” or “My Contacts” could be selected.

  • Display of Vouchers with Zero or Negative Balance in the Online Booking Portal: Previously, the user profile view in the online booking portal only displayed vouchers with a positive balance. This update now includes vouchers with zero or negative balances, providing customers with a fuller overview of their accounts. The feature is configurable and entirely optional.

✨ Additional Modules

🔗 Other Integrations

  • SAGE Integration | Editable “Sent to Sage” field for billing users: Users with the billingUser permission can now manually edit the “Sent to Sage” field on invoices. This allows the assigned ID to be cleared and the invoice re-exported in case of errors during the Sage export process.
