📆 Bookings Module

📆 Gap Prevention Settings at Booking Type Level

Gap prevention can now be configured directly at the booking type level, giving you greater flexibility and control over scheduling rules. Previously managed through periods on individual resources.

This enhancement simplifies setup and helps ensure consistent gap management across your bookings.



✉️ Direct Messages From The Occupancy View

You can now send a one-off message by email, WhatsApp, or push notification to every customer with a visible booking in the day's occupancy view, including both lead bookers and additional participants.

This makes it quick and easy to share urgent updates, such as last-minute changes, without leaving the occupancy screen. Available via a new button in the top bar of that screen.


📧 Optional Confirmation Email When Booking

The booking pop-up now includes a 'Send Confirmation Email' tickbox, switched on by default, so you can decide for each booking whether the customer receives a confirmation email.

Leave it ticked, and the booking goes ahead with the email sent as usual; untick it, and the booking is created without sending the email. This option only appears if 'Email Confirmation From Admin' is enabled in your booking settings.


🚨 Customer Alert Visible in the Occupancy View

The alert set up on a customer's profile is now visible directly from the occupancy view, not just when creating the booking.

Hover over or click on a booking and you'll see an alert icon, with 'Customer alert: [message]' shown beneath the customer's name in the pop-up. This lets you spot important notices—unpaid balances, incidents, preferences, and so on—without having to open the customer's profile.

📮 Subscription Start Reminder in Billing

You can now set up an email reminder for the start of each subscription, choosing how far in advance it's sent. The feature comes with its own email template, which you're free to customise. Available directly from the billing settings screen.


🎓 Academy Module

💰 Pro-Rata Course Refunds to Wallet Credit

A new Academy setting lets you set a per-session price and a wallet credit for refunds. When a student is removed from a course or assigned an end date, the system automatically calculates the value of any unused sessions and credits the corresponding amount back to the configured wallet balance.


🏌 New "Product Per Class" Mode For Courses

When setting up a course, you can now enable the "Product per class" option, which generates a single sale per enrolled student, calculated by multiplying the product price by the actual number of classes held during the period.

This is particularly useful for terms with bank holidays, where each group may end up running a different number of sessions, removing the need for manual billing adjustments. Available directly from the course settings.

🎟️ Voucher Filtering by Product Subfamily

Vouchers can now be linked to product subfamilies as well as individual products. This removes the need to manually select every eligible item, making voucher management faster and more scalable while ensuring vouchers apply automatically to all products within the selected subfamily.


✨ Additional Modules

🚫 Automatic Resource Blocking During Camp Weeks

When assigning coaches to a camp week, their booking resources are now automatically blocked off for those dates, with the option to set specific times.

This prevents those resources from being booked online for the duration of the camp, avoiding overlaps and unwanted bookings. The block is applied automatically as soon as the assignment is made.


📅 Online Booking Portal

☑️ Configurable Hours/Schedule Toggle on the Tee Time Selection Screen

The toggle for switching between 'Hours' and 'Schedule' view on the tee time selection screen is no longer shown by default.

You can now choose whether your customers see it via a new setting in your booking configuration (available only if the member booking module is installed). It's switched off by default, so you'll need to turn it on yourself if you'd like to show it.
