Golfmanager Changelog - August 2026

Here are the new features that are now available in Golfmanager

At Golfmanager, we're constantly working to improve your experience as a club manager. Every week, we roll out new features and want to keep you in the loop, so you can make the most of them 🙌🏻

📅 Bookings Module

➕ Quick Extras Selector for Golf Bookings

A new “+” button has been added to each row in the golf booking popup, allowing you to select multiple available extras quickly. The button displays the number of selected extras when a booking already includes them.

When saved, extras are automatically created or updated, allowing you to add new extras or remove existing ones when editing a booking.

👀 Show Only Your Contacts in the Booking Schedule

For online bookings, clubs can now configure the schedule so each player only sees the names of their own contacts, with everyone else shown as "unknown".

This protects member privacy and meets requests from clubs wanting to limit visibility of the full booking history to family and close contacts. The setting is optional and must be enabled per club.

💰 Invoicing Module

🎟️ New Copayment Voucher Type

You can now set up copayment vouchers, a new voucher type that automatically covers part of a product's price without staff needing to select that payment option at the till.

Golfmanager deducts one unit per qualifying sale and restores it automatically if the sale is cancelled, keeping balances accurate at all times. This is available for clubs working with variable pricing, such as peak-time green fees.

🍽️ Restaurant Module

✅ New Setting To Hide The Variant Pop-Up

A new setting has been added to prevent the variant selection pop-up from appearing by default when adding a product.

This speeds up service for products with rarely used variants. Each ticket line now also includes an Edit icon, allowing staff to manually open the variant selection pop-up when required.

🧑🏻‍💼 Customer Assignment When Opening a Table from the Floor Plan

Customers can now be assigned directly to a table from the floor plan, with their name displayed beneath the table number. When the POS is opened for that table, the customer is automatically selected, streamlining the sales process and reducing the risk of assigning transactions to the wrong customer.

🆕 New “Copy” Function in the Restaurant POS

A new Copy function has been added to the Restaurant EPOS, allowing selected ticket lines to be duplicated directly beneath the originals. Copied items are created as new lines and do not inherit the Sent to Kitchen status.

🔔 Warning When Opening a Table for a Customer Already Assigned to Another Table

When assigning a customer who already has an open table, Golfmanager now displays a warning. Staff can choose either to transfer all transactions from the existing table (closing it in the process) or to transfer only that customer's transactions. The warning appears automatically as soon as the duplicate assignment is detected.

🏷️ Product Tags Available for Groups with Supplement Line Support

Product tags in the POS pop-up are no longer limited to individual products. They can now be applied to an entire group of products sharing the same tag.

In addition, each tag can now be linked to a supplementary product. This is added as a separate ticket line with its own price and is automatically removed if the corresponding main product line is deleted.

📆 Online Booking Portal

🏌 Search and Add Contacts by Name

Players can now search for and add contacts by name, as well as by email as before. This makes it easier to find and connect with friends when their email address isn't known, speeding up contact management within the club. The option is configurable per club to suit each club's privacy policy.
