Golfmanager Changelog - May 2026

Here are the new features that are now available in Golfmanager

At Golfmanager, we’re committed to continuously enhancing your management experience. Every week, we roll out new features designed to help you work smarter and get more value from the platform. Stay up to date and make the most of what’s new! 🙌🏻

💰 Invoicing Module

🚫 Restrict Online Purchases of Memberships and Vouchers to Registered Users

You can now configure selected subscriptions and online vouchers so they are available only to registered customers, preventing guest purchases.

This enhancement helps clubs ensure that sensitive products — such as annual memberships or recurring-use passes — are always linked to a verified customer profile.

✨ Additional Modules

🔎 Student Search in the PRO App

A new search button has been added to the instructor app, allowing teachers to quickly find a student directly from the PROs view.

When using the search feature, a pop-up window — similar to the one used in the booking search — appears, allowing instructors to filter by student. Class reservations can also be copied or repeated directly from the results.

💰 Weekly Discounts for Camps in the Camps Module

You can now apply discounts in the Camps module based on the number of weeks booked by the customer.

This new feature allows you to configure progressive discounts — for example, 10% off the second week, 20% off the third week, and so on — making it easier to create promotions for longer camp bookings.

📆 Online Booking Portal

🎨 Redesigned Booking Confirmation Screen

We’ve refreshed the booking confirmation screen in the online booking portal with a cleaner, more structured layout. Key reservation details—such as date, time, players, facility, and price—are now clearly highlighted for improved visibility.

🖌️ New Custom Grid View in the Mobile Booking Portal

A new grid-style view has been added to the Booking Portal, making it easier to organize and highlight content and quick access links more visually and intuitively on mobile devices.

You can now configure featured cards, set a primary card, and display specific content blocks exclusively on mobile — delivering a cleaner, more modern, and mobile-optimized customer experience.
