Golfmanager Changelog - January 2026

Here are the new features that are now available in Golfmanager

Updated yesterday

At Golfmanager, we’re committed to continuously enhancing your management experience. Every week, we roll out new features designed to help you work smarter and get more value from the platform. Stay up to date and make the most of what’s new! 🙌🏻

📆 Bookings Module

🌅 Automatic Availability Adjustment at Sunrise and Sunset

Tee time availability can now be automatically aligned with daily sunrise and sunset times, based on the club’s geographical location. This ensures booking windows reflect real playing conditions throughout the year, reducing manual adjustments and helping maximise course usage with minimal effort.

🚫 Booking Type Exceptions for Booking Blocks

Booking blocks can now be configured with exceptions by reservation type. This enables you to apply a general block while excluding specific bookings, such as tournaments or special events. The result is more precise control over course availability, without disrupting key activities.

👥 CRM Module

💳 Member Card History

We have introduced a dedicated "Member Cards" tab within the customer profile to streamline your front-desk operations.

This update lets you view all historical cards and their issue dates at a glance, with a smart field that identifies the most recent card to help resolve lost-card queries instantly. You can now also batch-reprint selected cards directly from this view for improved efficiency.

🛍️ POS Module

🔍 Enhanced POS Search: Loyalty Card & Member ID

Finding members at the Point of Sale is now faster and more intuitive with new search filters for Member IDs and Club Cards. To ensure accuracy during busy periods, the system now displays all matching results, allowing your team to identify and select the correct profile instantly.

💳 Bulk Instalment Generation for POS Subscriptions

We’ve added a new option when creating subscriptions via the POS to generate all instalments for the selected period in one step.

When enabled, the system creates every fee from the start to the end date, rather than just the first instalment. All generated charges are automatically added to the POS basket, enabling collection in a single transaction.

🛒 Grouped View in POS for Consolidated Product Sales

A new Grouped view is now available in the POS, consolidating sales lines by product into a single summary. When the same item is added multiple times, quantities are combined into one clear line, improving ticket readability, avoiding duplicates, and making checkout faster and more intuitive for staff.

💰 Invoicing Module

🎯 Flex Points: Full Points-Based Rewards System

Introducing Flex Points, a new module that allows clubs to offer products and bundles redeemed entirely with points rather than cash.

Point-only products and vouchers ensure clear separation from monetary sales, with automatic availability rules, payment method filtering, and clear “X pts” pricing to simplify management and enhance member loyalty.

💶 Multiple Automatic Benefits per Membership Type

We’ve upgraded the subscription benefits system to allow multiple automatic benefits to be linked to the same membership type.

Instead of a single bonus, each membership can now include all associated perks—such as green fees, padel court hours, or restaurant credit—automatically applied at the time of payment. This provides greater flexibility and a more complete member experience.

🧾 Withholding Tax on Company Invoices

You can now define a withholding tax percentage directly in the company customer profile. When invoicing customers marked as companies, Golfmanager automatically applies the withholding to the taxable base.

The withheld amount is clearly shown in the invoice detail view, PDF, and receipt, ensuring greater accuracy and compliance in corporate billing.

📦 Warehouse Module

🚚 Approval Workflow for Inter-Warehouse Transfers

We’ve introduced a new approval module that adds a dual-validation process to stock transfers between warehouses.

When enabled, transfers are no longer executed immediately; instead, a transfer request is created. Each request must be approved or rejected by a different user, improving control, traceability, and stock accuracy.

📊 Reports Module

🆕 Monthly Revenue Balance: New 'Total Excl. VAT' Column

The Monthly Revenue Balance (Report 504) now includes a "Total Excl. VAT" column, providing a clear breakdown of daily and cumulative net earnings before tax. Positioned immediately before the final total, this enhancement offers managers instant visibility of net revenue for more precise financial reporting and performance tracking.

📊 Settlement Report for Sales Reconciliation

A new Settlement Report provides a clear, detailed overview of sales performance and financial status.

It brings together key data for daily cash control and reconciliation, including payments grouped by method, alerts for pending sales, itemised production, and agency-based sales breakdowns—helping managers stay on top of operations with confidence.

📆 Online Booking Portal

🛒 Variant Selector on E-commerce Product Detail Pages

We’ve added a visual variant selector (such as colour and size) to product detail pages in the e-commerce module. The page now auto-selects the first available variant on load, disables unavailable combinations, and updates images dynamically based on the selected option.

✨ Additional Modules

🖨️ Zebra RFID Module for Label Printing and Control

We’ve introduced a new RFID module designed to streamline Pro Shop stock management using Zebra printers.

RFID labels are automatically printed when goods are received, assigning a unique identifier to each item. This enables real-time inventory control, allowing staff to instantly check whether a product is active, sold, returned, or lost, and perform rapid stock counts using an Android RFID reader.

🔒 Worldpay Tokenisation for Subscription MIT Payments

We’ve added support for Merchant Initiated Transactions (MIT) with Worldpay for subscriptions. Clubs can now process recurring subscription charges automatically using members’ tokenised cards. This eliminates the need for manual intervention each month, enhancing reliability and ensuring uninterrupted payment continuity.

👀 More Updates for You

You can explore the sections below 🔽 to discover additional features recently added to Golfmanager. These enhancements are designed to help you get even more value from the software and stay up to date with the latest improvements.

📆 Bookings Module

  • Check-in Restricted to Paid Bookings: A new reservation setting now prevents check-in for bookings with pending payment. This ensures only fully paid reservations can be checked in, strengthening cash control and reducing operational issues at the starter desk.

  • Dedicated Reservation Type for Draws: A new field allows clubs to assign a specific reservation type exclusively for draws. This keeps draw management clearly separated from standard bookings, without impacting normal reservation workflows.

  • Simplified Cart for Per-Person Pricing with Minimum Capacity: For reservations priced per person with a minimum number of players, the cart now displays a single consolidated line with the total price. This improves clarity for staff and customers by avoiding multiple individual line items.

👥 CRM Module

  • Customer Account Statement Visual Redesign: The customer account statement has been fully redesigned to improve clarity and brand consistency. Enhancements include a cleaner header, clearer badge layout, multi-currency support, updated date formats, and a refreshed footer for improved readability.

  • Blocking Disabled Customers Across All Reservations: Validation for disabled customers has been extended to reservations created directly in Golf Manager, not just online bookings. This ensures consistent enforcement of customer restrictions across all sales and reservation channels.

🛍️ POS Module

  • POS Detailed View: Service Usage Dates: Line items in the POS detailed view now display the usage date immediately below the customer’s name for every transaction. This update allows your team to instantly verify when a service or green fee is scheduled for use, ensuring seamless check-ins and more efficient operational management directly from the POS terminal.

  • Usage Date Inheritance for Selected POS Lines: When adding a new product in the POS after selecting lines with a usage date, the system now automatically inherits that date. Instead of defaulting to the current date, the new product aligns with the previously selected usage date. This ensures consistency across POS lines and reduces manual adjustments during checkout.

  • “Signed” Visual Badge in POS: A new Signed status badge is now displayed in the POS when a cart is linked to a contract with pending sales. This gives staff immediate visibility of contractual sales at checkout, helping prevent errors and improving control over outstanding agreements.

💰 Invoicing Module

  • Invoice-Specific Template Selection: You can now choose a specific template for each invoice, independently of the template defined at the invoice type level. This gives you greater flexibility in adapting invoice layouts to different customers or billing scenarios, while keeping your invoicing process fully controlled and consistent.

  • Enhanced Visual Feedback on Instalment Progress Bar: The instalment progress bar now provides clearer, more informative feedback. It displays an X/Y counter with thousand separators (e.g. 7/2,300), the completion percentage, and the number of remaining instalments. This makes it easier to track payment progress at a glance and improves overall clarity for users.

  • “Subscription Holder Name” Column in Beneficiaries List: We’ve added a new calculated field displaying the subscription holder’s name in both the list and detail views of beneficiaries. This enhancement allows users to instantly identify the relationship between each beneficiary and their associated holder. It improves clarity and speeds up navigation when managing beneficiary records.

  • Biannual Subscription Periodicity: Subscriptions now support a biannual (2-year) billing option, alongside existing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans. The full subscription lifecycle is covered, including automatic renewals, accurate proration, and precise invoice date calculation.

  • Balance Top-Up for Existing Vouchers: Clubs can now recharge an existing customer voucher instead of creating a new one each time. This simplifies voucher management and provides a smoother experience for both staff and customers.

  • Cancellation Reasons for FAEX Global Invoices: When cancelling FAEX global CFDI invoices, a mandatory cancellation reason can now be selected via a new form. This ensures fiscal compliance while improving process traceability.

  • Consolidated Invoicing Module: A new consolidated invoicing module allows multiple invoice lines to be grouped into a single visible line, while preserving full internal traceability of each original item.

  • Automatic Reversion to ‘Pending’ on Receipt Cancellation: Cancelling a receipt now automatically reverts the associated sale and reservation to Pending. This enables correct reprocessing of payments and improves control over failed or reversed charges.

🎓 School Module

  • View Selector in Course Listings: We’ve added a new view selector to course listings, allowing users to easily switch between Course and Student views. This makes it quicker to access the right information depending on your task, improving navigation and day-to-day course management.

  • Academy Dashboard Enhancements: The Academy dashboard has been significantly improved to deliver a clearer, more visual, and efficient experience. Updates include new data views, improved aggregation, and overall UI/UX optimisation, helping managers monitor school activity more effectively.

  • “Generate Classes” Action in Course List: A new Generate Classes button allows classes to be created for multiple selected courses directly from the course list. Users can define a custom date range or rely on each course’s own dates, streamlining bulk setup.

  • Optional Time Fields When Copying Courses: When copying one or multiple courses, start and end times are now optional. This added flexibility speeds up course duplication and allows schedules to be finalised later without blocking the process.

📦 Warehouse Module

🍽️ Restaurant Module

  • Remaining Time Badge on Restaurant Tables: A visual badge has been added to each occupied table in the restaurant map, showing the remaining time until the reservation ends. The indicator updates automatically every minute and changes colour based on urgency, helping staff manage table turnover more efficiently and at a glance.

📊 Reports Module

  • Enhanced Heatmap Insights with Customer Names and Excel Export: The Reports heatmap has been enhanced to support deeper analysis and easier data extraction. Each cell now displays associated customer names, with scrollable tooltips for busy slots, and a new option to export heatmap data directly to Excel for further reporting and sharing.

⚙️ Settings Module

  • Dedicated Module for Product Screens: Product screens have been separated from the restaurant module and moved into a new dedicated module, productScreens. This improves modularity and makes future enhancements easier without relying on restaurant-specific contexts.

  • Cancellation Link Available in Reservations API: The Reservations API now returns a new cancelLink field, providing a direct URL to cancel a booking. This simplifies integration flows and gives external systems clearer control over reservation management.

  • Email Notifications via Reservations API: It is now possible to trigger email notifications when creating or updating reservations through the API. This helps keep customers informed even when bookings are managed programmatically.

  • Payment Methods Restricted by Company: A new company field has been added to payment methods, allowing each method to be assigned to a specific company. This improves financial control and supports multi-entity operations.

  • POST-Based Export with Selected IDs: List exports now use POST requests when exporting selected records by ID. This enhances reliability and supports larger, more complex data exports.

  • Validation of Online Payment Methods: New validation prevents cash or physical card payments from being configured as online payment methods, ensuring only appropriate options are available for online sales.

📆 Online Booking Portal

  • Notification Preferences: A new notification preferences section has been added to the customer portal, allowing users to easily manage their email notification settings. Additionally, the customer detail view in the admin area has been reorganised to group all notification options into a dedicated section, improving clarity and day-to-day management.

  • Family Member Creation and Management: Customers can now create and manage family members directly from the client area. The new feature includes a simple form to add relatives with personal details and define the relationship. Clubs also have a new setting to control whether customers are allowed to create family members, ensuring full oversight and flexibility.

  • Online Payments for Outstanding Balances: A new configuration setting is now available, giving you full control over how members settle their accounts via the "My Sales" area. When enabled, members can pay outstanding balances online directly through the Booking portal; if disabled, the payment button is hidden, allowing your club to direct all collections through your preferred internal channels.

  • Map-Based Booking | Visual Interface Enhancements: We have refined the layout of the visual booking assistant to provide a more intuitive user experience. The "Select Time" area is now left-aligned for better readability, and the toggle between map and list views has been moved to the header line, creating a cleaner interface that allows for faster navigation during the booking process.

  • GM App | Refined "Private" Club Badge: We have updated the visual styling of the "Private" badge on the Favorite Clubs cards within the Home screen. The badge now features a sophisticated, translucent design and has been repositioned directly above the club's name, ensuring a cleaner aesthetic and better visibility of the club's branding at a glance.

  • Voucher Validity Dates Visible in Customer Area: The voucher detail view in the online Booking Portal now clearly displays validity dates. This improvement helps customers understand when their vouchers can be used, reducing confusion and improving transparency in the self-service experience.

✨ Additional Modules

  • e-Commerce | Multi-Category Filtering: The e-commerce now supports multi-category selection, allowing customers to apply several filters simultaneously to find their desired products with ease. For enhanced marketing and sharing, selected filters are now reflected in the URL, enabling you to send direct links to pre-filtered collections or specific product groupings to your members.

  • Checkout Pay | Multi-Company Validation: We’ve added a new validation to prevent the Online Booking Portal basket from mixing products from different companies. This ensures the correct checkout sub-entity (CKO) is always used when processing payments, reducing errors and improving payment reliability.

  • Opera Cloud | Check-In Filtering and UX Improvements: The Opera Cloud integration has been enhanced to simplify reservation management.
The list now shows only checked-in reservations, error messages are translated into Spanish, dates display in DD/MM format, and selections reset automatically with each new search to avoid confusion.

  • Smart Golf | API Logging System: We’ve introduced a detailed logging system for the SmartGolf API integration. Golfmanager now records sent data, received responses, and success or error states, improving traceability and speeding up issue resolution.

  • WorldPay | Card List Access from User Menu: A new menu entry has been added to the Worldpay module, providing direct access to the Worldpay card list. This makes it easier for billing administrators to review and manage stored cards quickly, improving day-to-day payment oversight.
