Introduction

In this article we will explain some advanced options related to your customers.

Default Tag: In Golfmanager we can filter certain types of reservations to be visible only to those who have a specific tag. For example, you can create rates for "Members". All customers with that tag will have access to that special rate. And the same for "Visitors" rates. But what happens if a customer creates a new online account, or my front desk forgets to add that tag to the customer? That's what this functionality is for. Golfmanager will use this tag chosen here to determine what rates they will have access to. In most cases in this field we will select the label Visitor or General.
Minimum password length: Here we can define the minimum length of the passwords of the users when creating an account both at the reception and online.
