Introduction
In this page we will be able to see all the tags associated to our clients, as well as other useful information that we will now explain.
General
In this list we will see:
Tag associated to...
a Client.
Start. In case this tag has been created automatically by Golfmanager, we will see here the date from which this tag is active from.
End. The same as the previous point, but when the tag is programmed to stop being active.
Dependent object. If the tag has been generated automatically by Golfmanager, here we will see which task was the cause:
recurring.membershipClient: when you add a membership to a client.
billing.voucher: when you sell a voucher to a client.
ID on which it depends. If the tag has been generated automatically by Golfmanager, here we will see the ID in the table of the previous point.
With this information you will be able to clarify any possible incidence regarding the tags of a client.
Note: When you add a tag manually to a client's card, for example "member", when this client contracts a fee that contains that same tag, Golfmanager will alert that "that tag already exists". Therefore, delete the manually entered tag and start again the contracting of that fee.
Message: The tag already exists
When you add a tag manually to a client's file, for example "member", when this client contracts a quota containing the same tag, the system will alert you that "this tag already exists". Therefore, delete the manually entered tag and start again the contracting of that quota.
