Introduction

In this article we will explain what tags are, how to create and edit them.

The label is one of the most important concepts in Golfmanager, as it will allow you to filter certain rates (booking types) to those customers who have them.

These labels can be added manually in a client's card, or you can associate them to a type of fee or type of bonus so that the contracting of any of these products by the client automatically makes them the owner of this label in their card. These labels can in turn be associated to our tariffs so that the system displays them only to those customers who have them. This "automatism" is very interesting to keep our rates to certain customers up to date without manual tasks.

General

To create a new type of tag follow these simple steps:

  • Name: here we will type the name for this tag's type. Examples: members, visitors, etc.

It is also possible to create tag's types directly from:

  • A booking type.

  • A voucher type.

  • From a customer's profile.

All these tags, regardless of where they were created from, will appear in this list.

Custom Fields

A custom field will be created to have this functionality in the app or in the widget, so that the membership status is kept up to date whether or not you have a membership fee, and as long as you have the membership tag or label in your customer file.

The custom field is called "ismember":

Entity: contacts.tag

Name: ismember

Visible tag: Is member

Type: Yes/No
