We show you how to use this tool to understand the behavior of some type of reservation.

Introduction

If on any occasion, either at the front desk or online, a reservation is not showing up as expected, you can use this tool to identify where the error is.

Fill in the information in the drop-downs and the system will return information that will give you visibility into what may be happening.

  • Date: Select the day you want to test.

  • Time: Select the time of the reservation.

  • Type of reservation: Select the type of reservation you want to test.

  • Customer: You can optionally select a customer from your database.

  • Resource: Select the resource where you want to test this type of reservation.

  • Online: Check this box if you want to test this type of reservation in online mode.

  • Click on "Debug".

The system will show us at the bottom the results according to the selected parameters.
