👤 Booking configurations can be filtered by client
Booking settings can now be created to control the use of a particular client. This enhancement makes us the only software that can handle typical matching rules automatically.
Players and entire clubs can be controlled in terms of how many times they are used. This great improvement will save you hours and bugs!
🛍️ Introducing a new store importer
Our new importer saves you hours creating store products. You can upload an Excel file with your product information and the system will create them for you along with their variants. Automatically creates a packing slip as well.
✉️ Payment by link: Select client
Sometimes you want to send a payment link to someone other than the client, such as the father of a student. Now, you can choose which client to reach when you send a payment link.
✉️ Email invoice template
With this new functionality, you can choose from one of your invoice templates with the default text, signature, etc. Save time with this new feature!
📊 Inventory cost average
In the inventories, average price columns have been added to visualize the regularization costs.
📊 Dashboard
As part of our commitment to providing the best dashboard in the golf industry, we continue to develop it. We have added the booking heat map and all the stock reports this week.
This tool allows you to create a custom dashboard for each employee, which is unique in the market.

In addition to the heat map, we have improved the Dashboard chart layouts. In this step, we have introduced the donut type and traffic light type graphic, which we hope will make your dashboard more clear and modern.
As part of the Dashboard, we have added the Billing widget, which allows you to add a table with all sales grouped by families, subfamilies, or products. Also included is the payment report that we use in the Settlement report.
Using these widgets, you can create a Settlement report customized to your liking. In addition, you can add other metrics of interest.
📄 Personalised text on the ticket
Now, you can customize the text that appears at the bottom of the ticket when you print a booking. Some clubs use it to make the customer sign some "rules". And you, do you think it's useful for your club?
👤 Client file improvements
Our system now allows you to choose which type of documentation to enter in a client's file, such as NIFs, CIFs, Passports, etc. This will improve the quality of your database and prepare you for accounting and fiscal exports.
To prepare for future connections with the federations and competition programs, we introduce the 'License' and 'Handicap' fields as fixed fields in a client's file.
🏌️ Improvements to group bookings
We have improved the group booking experience and the ability to add more reservations. Until now, adding more than 4 reservations to an existing reservation was tedious. Now, you can click on 'Multiple' and add 40 more reservations in a very comfortable manner.
Furthermore, we have improved the experience when you click on 'Multiple', by giving you a number indicating the number of reservations you would make if you clicked on the cell. With this new capability, you can make reservations for large groups without having to visually count the times.
🛍️ Check the movement of an inventory easily
We add a button in the inventory that gives us the possibility of accessing all the stock movements generated by that inventory. Since this is a regularization inventory, we can easily access the traceability of your inventories with this new button.
🛒 The delivery notes are not the only documents that become orders
In order to allow you to generate more detailed reports, we have added more fields by default when generating an order, such as the shipping date or estimated arrival date. You will be able to link warehouse receipts to invoices and/or supplier delivery notes to be able to track all movements and create useful reports.
📧 Email confirmation of class to the student
When creating a class, an email will be sent to both the student and the teacher. This will improve service and minimize no-shows.
🥑 Do you not wish to count some diners?
Using the 'Restaurant' module and the 'Control diners' option, the system now allows you to enter "0" diners if you do not wish to count this table in your statistics
👨🍳 A lot of new features in the 'Kitchen'
It is our commitment to digitize the orders and optimize the kitchen screen so that more orders can be accommodated without scrolling.
As part of this project, we have also redesigned the kitchen screen so that the dishes are ordered according to starters, first courses, main courses, and desserts, leading to a better cooking experience. Additionally, we have enhanced the design of the requested orders by adding a red background to make all dishes that have been requested stand out in the kitchen.
Additionally, we created a new type of button that allows the user to check the first, second, and dessert in a single click.
There is another interesting fact. If you have ordered some drinks and they are marked as "requested" at the bar, by printing them and placing the ticket on the tray, these drinks will automatically be marked as "served".
We are confident that you will be able to manage your kitchen with a screen and you will eliminate the need for tickets.
