📆 Expire advanced option in payment link
You can specify a payment deadline when you send a payment link by email to your customers. After that deadline, the sale will automatically be canceled if the customer has not paid. Even if you don't pay for the sale, it won't be automatically canceled if you don't specify a due date.
Some clubs do not want the date to be left empty. A sale is always cancelled if the customer fails to pay by a certain date. We have created an advanced option which will make the "expiration date" field mandatory for them. A payment link will never be sent without a date.
Advanced option is: billing.requireTimeoutOnPayByEmail
🛍️ New Fields for vendors
The "payment method" and "expiration" fields are added to the supplier's profile so that they appear in the order header.
🛍️ Recalculate inventory quantities
It is possible that you made a sale to a product that was already inventoried or to be counted during the course of making a very long inventory. Occasionally, you will need to recalculate theoretical amounts, and sometimes you will not. We've added a button that allows you to act according to your preferences.
🥑 F&B: Match customers with restaurant tables
Are you aware that your members will have lunch after playing? Would you like to add the names and then take the order and point it to your account? You're in luck because we've added this new feature.
By clicking on the member booking, you will see a new "assign table" button. You can select a table from the table map. When you enter the POS, you will not need to enter the member's name since the table will be associated with them.

🛍️ Adding products directly to orders
Adding a product to an order is now faster and easier. While on the order screen, scan a barcode to bring up a popup where you can input the amount.
It will no longer be necessary to click on "add product" and search within the product list.
🛍️ VAT purchase
You can now add the purchase tax to your products so that the order includes the VAT as well as the price without it.
🛍️ Sii fields on the order form
Each order must have some fields added so that they can be sent to administration if you work with the Sii. When you create your order, you already have them available.
📊 The production and billing report now includes a column for deliveries on account
With the new deliveries on account column in your production and invoicing reports, all transactions will be visible in one place.
🏌️ A new buggies counter has been added
Our buggy counter algorithm has been fine-tuned so that it works perfectly in your club and you don't miss out on selling a buggy that is available.
As a result of our analysis of other programs' algorithms, we can confirm that ours is the only software that calculates buggie availability at all times with 100% accuracy.
