🆕 Set up custom rules for online bookings
Now you can configure booking rules in Golfmanager. These rules enable you to set specific booking restrictions and conditions, providing greater control and customization based on your business requirements.
Rules can be configured based on the channel, reservation type, customer type, or time. For the rules to work, reservation types must have a label configured.
❌ Group bookings can be deleted in a single click
Now you can easily delete group bookings. On the Tee Sheet, choose the booking you want to cancel. A pop-up will appear with the option to 'Cancel the rest of the Group Bookings'. It will cancel both at once if you select this option.

🆕 reCAPTCHA verification for extra security
To prevent automated or malicious player activity during registration or shopping cart, we have activated Google reCAPTCHA verification.
An extra layer of security is added by preventing players from developing automatic bots always to book simultaneously.
💰 Invoicing Module
💸 Splitting payments for bookings is now possible
Your players can now split a booking payment between several players in your Club's customer area. You can enable or disable this feature based on your preferences.
Splitting a booking payment will mark the remaining amount that belongs to the other player as confirmed but pending payment. The payment can be made directly through your profile or at reception.
If you have installed the Direct Payment module in your App Market, you can send your players a payment link.
⚙️ Automatic pricing based on a base rate
Depending on your needs, you can now configure the prices of your products based on the prices of other base products.
In this case, the percentage applied to the base product is not a discount. You should enter 80 euros in the base percentage if you want the "Greenfee 9h" product to be 80 euros, with the base product priced at 100 euros.
The base product option cannot be used with dynamic pricing. Dynamic pricing affects only the base product, not the derived product.

💰Complete View of Paid and Pending Purchases
Your players will benefit from this improvement. In the 'My Purchases' section of the Golfmanager Online Booking Portal, they will now see a filter. By doing this, they can filter purchases based on the status of their payments.
Their purchases will be listed in the 'My Purchases' section.
The payment status of each purchase will be displayed to the right: pending payment (orange) or Paid (green).
They can view only those not paid with the added filter.
💰 Checkout has a new interface that makes it easier to log in and continue as a guest
The checkout interface for bookings has been improved. Log in, create an account, and continue as a guest now have a new look.

📄 Add Observations to the Supplier List
The supplier list now allows notes or observations. Users can access this field to store additional information about each provider, facilitating communication and access to important details.
📱 Take inventory quickly by scanning any barcode
Using a PDA or barcode scanner, you can swiftly and accurately add products to your inventory.
After scanning a product, the system automatically adds it to the selected inventory, and if you scan the same product multiple times, the inventory quantity will increase automatically.

When your club's price is €0, the price will not appear in the tee time selection view.
Furthermore, we have added a button to delete all items from the cart, as well as the option to add a description to the cards on the home page. The 'Join' menu can also be removed from the Portal.
A new feature allows you to add multiple participants to an activity at once, and copy their data if they are the same for all of the players.
Any other player can also be added without logging in.
In Profile > 'My invoices', you can now download multiple invoices at once
