🆕 Introducing ‘Audit’, a New Module in Golfmanager

Now, any changes made to bookings, sales, and billing will be automatically recorded.

This new audit feature allows you to track all modifications, providing a complete history to ensure transparency and ease of management. You can access this menu via Main Menu > Tools > Audit.


🆕 Introducing ‘Mutipack’ to Increase Player Bookings at Your Club

The new ‘Multipack’ feature allows golf clubs to create attractive offers for their players, encouraging them to book multiple times within a specified period, such as a week.

Players can take advantage of these offers to book 2, 3, or more times at the golf course, enjoying exclusive benefits and ensuring they don’t miss any playing opportunities.

🔔 Enhanced Alerts Module to Notify You of Errors in Automated Tasks

The system now features an improved alerts module (Main Menu > Tools > Alerts) designed to notify you of any errors in automated tasks, such as fee issuance and billing tasks.

When an error occurs, you will receive a notification in the alerts section indicating the number of detected errors.

These alerts will direct you to the audit module, where you will find a detailed list of all errors.

Additionally, the audit module includes a filter function that allows you to search for specific errors efficiently, making it easier to identify and resolve particular issues.


❌ Make sure all notifications are turned off if your players request it

You can now better manage customers’ email preferences. A checkbox option has been added to the customer profile (Main Menu > CRM > Customer Profile) to disable the sending of confirmation emails, reminders, and general notifications.

If the customer prefers not to receive these emails, simply select this option. Please note that security-related notifications, such as password resets, will always be sent.

Email confirmation has been improved in certain areas. You can now disable these emails using a new checkbox in Main Menu > Bookings > Areas. If you prefer that customers do not receive a confirmation email, simply select this option.


🆕 New ‘Transaction Type’ Column in the Cash Register List

A new ‘Transaction Type’ column has been added to the cash register list, organized as follows:

Transaction Reference: Reference of the cash register transaction.

POS: The point of sale where the transaction was made.

Transaction Type: Cash payments, card payments, etc. Non-payment transactions are shown in different colors (shift open in green, shift close in orange).

Deposit/Withdrawal: Displays the amount deposited or withdrawn.

Transaction Remarks: Space to record additional comments about the transaction.

Date: The date when the transaction was made.


🛒 New Price Tags on the POS

Product prices now appear directly on the POS buttons, enhancing visibility and streamlining the sales process.

Further improvements include

⚙️ Filter by Hour in Dashboard: Now, in the Golfmanager Dashboard, you can filter not only by date but also by hour.

  • Filter by Date: You can select specific periods such as “today,” “yesterday,” “last week,” etc.

  • Filter by Hour: Additionally, you can adjust the filter to include specific hours within the same day.

  • Usage Example: For clubs that end their day at 3 a.m., you can set the filter so that the day’s reports count up to that time, providing a more accurate and useful view of daily activity.

⚙️ Payment with Vouchers: Previously, paying with vouchers redirected you to another screen. Now, with a single click, you can go directly to the payment process.

⚙️ Group Bookings: When organizing a Ryder tournament, you can send an email to all participants or just the organizer. This new feature allows you to email the entire group.

⚙️ Invoice Printing: Now, when printing any invoice, you can choose to add only specific customers instead of all customers.

⚙️ Printer Selection on POS: The POS used to have a preselected printer. Now, you can choose the printer you want to print your tickets on, overriding the previous selection.

⚙️ Customer Information: Until now, selecting a customer would display their first and last name. Now, you will also see their email address as a distinctive element for proper identification.

⚙️ Purple Color for “Invoiced Pending Payment”: We have implemented a visual improvement in the POS, sales, bookings, and occupancy sections. Now, “invoiced pending payment” items will be highlighted in purple.

⚙️ Enhanced Universal Search: A powerful universal search functionality has been added. Now you can search for any item directly from the main search bar.

⚙️ Description in Stripe: In your Stripe account, you can now see the Golfmanager description and the corresponding cart in one of the columns. For example: “Cart 1,” in case you are paying for multiple items that don’t fit into a single description.

⚙️ Default Customer for Invoices and POS: An option has been added to define a default customer for invoices and POS. This feature streamlines the billing process and prevents errors due to missing mandatory information such as the customer’s ID.

⚙️ Multiple Customer Tags in Dynamic Pricing: Dynamic pricing is a tool to automatically calculate prices based on season, time, customer, etc. This price will only apply to customers with this tag in their profile, but now you can add as many tags as needed. This saves time and provides clearer information on these configurations.

⚙️ Sales Status Filter in Customer Profile: A payment status filter has been added to sales within the customer profile.

⚙️ Cancellation Sale with the Original Sale’s Usage Date: Now, when canceling a sale in the system, a new cancellation line is generated.

There is no modification to the original line, except for the cancellation status, and a new line is created with the cancellation details. Prior to this improvement, sales reports were altered after a sale was canceled.

⚙️ Academy: Display the Total Course Debt (fees, enrollment, etc.), Not Just Class Fees: Hovering over a course now shows any outstanding debt.

It is easy to identify pending payments by viewing any amounts owed. When reviewing a course, this enhancement ensures that students' payment statuses are clear and accurate, avoiding confusion and making any remaining debt immediately obvious.

⚙️ New Invoicing Option to Allow Generating Full Invoices for Sales that Already Have a Simplified One: This feature simplifies the process of issuing full invoices, ensuring that sales are correctly associated with the corresponding invoices without duplicating records.

⚙️ New Language ‘Turkish’: Golfmanager is now translated into Turkish, allowing golf clubs in that country to use the software in their local language.
