We’ve integrated ball purchase and dispensing directly into Golfmanager! Players can now get balls in two convenient ways:
Using their ball voucher, with automatic balance deduction.
Paying by credit card via the machine’s payment terminal (requires Redsys as the payment gateway).
To enable this integration, install the Custom Ball Dispenser module from the Golfmanager App Market

We’ve improved the occupancy view in the booking module, making it easier to identify booking statuses with automatically assigned colours:
Green: Paid booking.
Red: Payment pending.
Grey: Cancelled booking.

🆕 Enhancements to the “Sign Up” Section in Bookings
We’ve introduced several improvements to the “Sign Up” section, making it easier to configure and manage bookings:
Age Limits – You can now set players' minimum and maximum age requirements.
Team Size Limits—Define the maximum number of players per team (e.g., two teams). The system will automatically adjust the number of players based on the limit set during the registration process.
File Attachments in Reservations – A new feature allows you to upload files, providing players with relevant information before they sign up. This applies to all reservation types.

See Prices in Booking Types: The booking selection menu now displays prices upfront, making it easier to choose the right option.
Streamlined Booking Printouts: Printouts now consolidate bookings into a single summary line, reducing paper use and improving readability.
(Spain Only 🇪🇸) Validation of Federation Licences and Handicaps: The system can now verify whether a player holds a valid federation licence or handicap before completing a reservation. This feature is currently available only for clubs in Spain.
Automatic Reservation Creation When Moving Players: When moving a player to an available slot, the system will now automatically create a new reservation in the new location and remove them from the original booking. If applicable, the new reservation will be marked as pending payment.

More Accurate Cash Counts: Cash counts now exclude cash-ups, preventing the opening float from being included in the total calculation. This ensures a more precise record of actual revenue and avoids confusion during cash reconciliation.

Enhanced Sales Breakdown in Q19: Sales in Q19 will now be displayed individually rather than grouped, providing greater accuracy and clarity when reviewing transactions.
[Mexico Only 🇲🇽] Automatic Tax Regime Completion: When registering a new customer, the Tax Regime field will now auto-fill with the value 601 (Non-Profit Legal Entities) if the Mexican Taxation module is enabled, simplifying data entry.
Voucher Transaction Imports: Root users can now import voucher transactions directly into the system, streamlining processes and removing the need for manual entry.
Negative Invoice Restriction: A new safeguard in the Billing module prevents invoices from having a negative total. While negative-value items are allowed, the final amount cannot drop below zero. If a negative total is needed, a corrective invoice must be issued.

Refreshed Design for ‘My Contacts’: We’ve introduced new styles, buttons, and icons to enhance the look and usability of the My Contacts section, offering a more modern and intuitive experience.
(APP) New Member-Only Access Restriction: A new CRM setting allows you to restrict app access exclusively to members. With the new “Member-Only Online Login” option, only users marked as “Member = Yes” in their profile will be able to log in.

Opera Cloud Integration – Sync with Sales, Billing & POS: Opera hotel management software is now integrated with the Sales, Billing, and POS modules, enabling seamless synchronization for room charges and payment management.
✅ Automated Revenue Center Management – The system now generates requests based on the Revenue Center assigned in the product subcategory.
✅ Smart Cancellations & Refunds – When processing a cancellation or refund, the system automatically identifies the original sale, calculates the associated charges, and sends the correct request to the corresponding Revenue Center.
