Q: I need my order by a certain date. Can GoodBuy Gear guarantee delivery?
A: We’re unable to guarantee delivery by a specific date. Orders typically ship within 3 business days and arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on the carrier. Weekends and holidays aren't included.
Q: Can you expedite my shipping?
A: We don’t offer expedited shipping or changes to shipping methods once an order is placed.
Q: My order is already placed, can I cancel if I need it sooner?
A: Cancellations are only available within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, the order has already begun processing and cannot be changed or canceled.
Q: Tracking isn’t updating. What should I do?
A: Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update once the carrier picks it up. Check the carrier’s tracking page for the most accurate delivery estimate.
Q: My package is delayed. Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds can’t be issued for items arriving later than your preferred date. However, you can still file a claim if the item doesn’t match the listing or has an undisclosed issue under our 14-day return policy.
