Track your order

If you would like to check the status of your order, we suggest using Shop App. Please use the email associated with your order to be able to check the status.

You can track your order by clicking on the “Track my shipment” link in your Shipping Confirmation email.

If you have not received a Shipping Confirmation email, your order has not yet shipped.

Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Update your address

If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to help you change your shipping address. Please contact shop@goodcharlotte.com and be sure to provide your name, order number and updated address as follows:

Order cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact shop@goodcharlotte.com. We will help you out in canceling your order. Please note that we are unable to cancel an order once it has been picked and/or shipped. Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
