My order says it's been delivered but I haven't received it.
We are not responsible for any orders that show as delivered. Please wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day. Also, please check with your neighbors, family members, or roommates and the complex office if there is one.
Contact the carrier if your package is still not delivered. If you think your package or mail is lost or delayed, You can submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. Why does my tracking say “Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item?”
We apologize for this. We have had issues with USPS not scanning items until their final destination. We assure you that once your order is printed, we have shipped it. Please allow up to at least 14 business days for your tracking to update. If your tracking does not update in 14 business days, please contact us at shop@goodcharlotte.com.
Why does my tracking say my order is being returned to the sender?
Items usually get returned to the sender due to an insufficient address. Once your package comes back to us, we will contact you. If your item is now unavailable on our website, we will contact you regarding reshipping. Otherwise, we will refund you and you can repurchase this item. Please note that we are unable to refund you for the shipping costs for these items. We are only able to refund you for the cost of the items in your purchase.
