What is Protect?

Protect protects shipments from your favorite online shops from theft, loss, or damage. On Protect-enabled merchants stores, just select to add Protect in your cart or during checkout.

If your order shipment has a problem, just file a claim with them and they will either replace your order or refund you. Manufacturing issues are not covered under Protect services.

What should I do if I receive damaged items?

If you received a defective or damaged product from this shop please contact us within 30 days of receipt so we can resolve the problem.

We highly recommend you purchase Protect with your order. This will protect your order if your order has been stolen, lost, or damaged in transit.
