These instructions explain steps on how to extract a report with candidates from an active job. The data from this report will be used to upload candidates into the GoodJob platform so that the GoodJob platform can send the PATH Assessment to each candidate.
Step 1 - Click Jobs
From the Dashboard, click “Jobs” at the top of the page.
A list of jobs will be displayed.
Step 2 - Select the job
Select the job.
Step 3 - Select Candidates page
Click “Candidates" on the left side of the screen.
Step 4 - Generate Report
Verify that the "Active" filter for candidates is selected, it usually is by default. You don't want to invite candidates who are already rejected or hired since the invitation to them reads as they are an active applicant on the Job.
Click “Generate Report” and select the Email as XLS option.
You should receive an email with a spreadsheet of all active candidates.
Step 5 - Copy and paste candidate information into candidate template
The export will look like this example. You will copy/paste the columns for first name, last name, and email address into either a .csv template or .xlsx template.
