Given that your job posting is active in your ATS and there are some active candidates or applicants on the job, GoodJob advises that you invite all the active candidates, regardless of screening stage, to take the PATH assessment. By inviting all candidates, you will have the information for PATH results for all your candidates and an opportunity to make more informed decision about which candidate would be a best behavioral fit for your job.

Note that once you have an ATS integration enabled, the step of inviting candidates from your ATS will be fully automated and you will no longer need to prepare a list of candidates.

Step 1 - Run a candidate report for 1 job in your ATS

The first step is to extract candidate data from your ATS. As ATS systems vary and their reporting capabilities vary, please use your ATS help system to understand how to run the report. The goal is to extract all active candidates for 1 job that matches the job role DNA you created during onboarding.

Step 2 - Copy and paste candidate information into candidate template

The export will look like this example. You will copy/paste the columns for first name, last name, and email address into either a .csv template or .xlsx template.
